$5000 signing/relocation bonus
We're offering a $5000 signing/relocation bonus for estimators or qualified electricians from 1 September 2025*
*Terms & Conditions 1. Eligibility •The Signing/Relocation Bonus (“Bonus”) of $5,000 is available to newly hired electricians employed by John Anderson Maintenance Ltd. trading as JAM Group. •Eligibility is limited to employees hired into full-time electrician roles on or after 1 September 2025. •Employees must not have been employed by John Anderson Maintenance Ltd. trading as JAM Group (or its affiliates) in the preceding 12 months to qualify. 2. Bonus Structure and Payment •The Bonus will be paid in four (4) equal installments of $1,250 each, over the first 12 months of employment. •The payment schedule will be as follows (or the nearest applicable payroll cycle): oFirst installment: after successful completion of 3 months of continuous employment. oSecond installment: after successful completion of 6 months of continuous employment. oThird installment: after successful completion of 9 months of continuous employment. oFourth and final installment: after successful completion of 12 months of continuous employment. 3. Conditions of Payment •Employees must remain in active employment (not serving notice of resignation, suspension, or on unpaid leave) at the time each installment falls due. •Employees must maintain satisfactory performance and conduct as determined by John Anderson Maintenance Ltd. trading as JAM Group management. •The Bonus is subject to all required deductions, including but not limited to income tax, payroll tax, and any other applicable withholdings. Repayment Obligation •If the employee resigns voluntarily or is terminated for cause before completing 12 months of employment, any unpaid bonus installments will be forfeited. •At John Anderson Maintenance Ltd. trading as JAM Group’s discretion, the employee may also be required to repay a prorated portion of the Bonus already received, based on the length of service completed. 5. Relocation Use •The Bonus may be used at the employee’s discretion to offset relocation, travel, housing, or other personal expenses. John Anderson Maintenance Ltd. trading as JAM Group does not require receipts or proof of relocation expenses. 6. Entire Agreement •These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement relating to the Signing/Relocation Bonus and supersede any prior representations or promises. •John Anderson Maintenance Ltd. trading as JAM Group reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Bonus program at any time, provided such changes will not affect employees who have already signed an eligible employment contract under these terms.

$500 referral bonus
We're offering a $500 referral bonus to anyone who refers a successful applicant for any current job ad run by JAM Group*
*Terms & Conditions 1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the referral bonus program (“Program”) offered by [John Anderson Maintenance T/A JAM Group] (“Company”). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms. 2. Eligibility 2.1 The Program is open to individuals who refer a candidate for a job position advertised by the Company. 2.2 Employees of the Company may or may not be eligible, depending on the Company’s internal policies. 2.3 Referrals from recruitment agencies, third-party businesses, or automated systems are not eligible. 3. Referral Submission 3.1 A referral must be submitted before the referred candidate applies for the job position. 3.2 The referrer must be the first person to provide the candidate’s full name, contact details, and relevant qualifications in writing. 3.3 The candidate must acknowledge and consent to the referral before submission. 4. Referral Bonus Eligibility 4.1 The referred candidate must be successfully hired by the Company for the advertised position. 4.2 The candidate must complete a probation period of 3 months (as specified in their employment contract) for the referrer to be eligible for the bonus. 4.3 If multiple people refer the same candidate, the referral will be awarded to the first submission received by the Company. 4.4 The referrer must not be directly involved in the hiring process of the referred candidate. 5. Bonus Payment 5.1 The referral bonus amount is $500.00 NZD. 5.2 The bonus will be paid within 5 days after the referred candidate successfully completes the probation period of 3 months. 5.3 The Company reserves the right to make the payment through bank transfer, payroll, or any other agreed method. 5.4 The bonus is subject to applicable taxes and deductions as per local laws. 6. Program Limitations and Modifications 6.1 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. 6.2 The Company retains sole discretion in determining eligibility, compliance, and payment under this Program. 6.3 Any disputes regarding the Program shall be resolved at the Company’s discretion. 7. Fraud and Misuse 7.1 The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be engaging in fraudulent or unethical behaviour. 7.2 Misrepresentation of information may result in immediate disqualification from the Program. 8. Acceptance of Terms By participating in this Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
